Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels, original protective stickers, manuals, cards, etc. If there are any signs that the item is used, we will not accept the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please contact our customer service right away before returning your items for further instructions. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Please make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. Södebjörk suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment. 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
It is extremely important that the product is packed so that it is not damaged during transport. Please keep in mind that Södebjörk is not responsible for lost items upon return.
All charges are the responsibility of the customer including cost for return shipment and customs duties.
If a return item is internationally shipped, carefully mark the "RETURN GOODS" on the package to avoid customs duties. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days from the day we have sent it to you, check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Our cancellation policy lasts 14 days. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. 
Cancellations are not valid until the customer has confirmed with us by email.
If we cannot cancel your order directly, usually because the package has already been sent, then it will be possible for you to return your order to us for a refund (please review our “Returns” section). 

Södebjörk has the right to cancel the purchase made due to that the product, or parts of the product is discontinued, exhausted or is no longer possible to source from Södebjörk suppliers. The customer is always contacted directly by email or phone if an item cannot be delivered. 
In case of a cancellation, return of all payments for the product will be paid back to the customer as soon as possible.
