Södebjork offers free standard shipping when purchasing a timepiece. 
Despite of free standard shipping, you may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes collected when the package arrives at your destination country.

All watches on our product pages consists of a watch and the corresponding watch band.
For an excellent fit for any occasion you can quickly change your watch band with our quick release system. You can purchase an additional watchband by selecting one from the section "Watch bands".

There is no invoice in the package. An itemized delivery note is included with all of our orders and this document does not include any pricing information.
However, for orders to countries outside the EU, Södebjörk is required by law to include commercial invoices in the package because the package cannot be delivered without a statement of the shipment value.

We‘ve established a system to process and ship your order within a short time frame. In the event that the package has already been shipped from our warehouse, we are unfortunately not able to modify your delivery address.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

We ship our goods worldwide, provided that there is a functional postal service. 

Within 1-2 working days after placing your order, you will receive an email containing your package’s tracking information and a link to track your package.  

Our goal is that your order should be delivered to you within 3-5 days in Europe, 3-10 days worldwide. However we cannot control the postal services worldwide and therefore it may take longer for your package to arrive.

With the right care, your wooden watch can last for many years.
The main threat of the wood is abrupt variation in temperature and humidity. If you leave your watch in a hot or humid environment, the wood can swell and cause a crack. Likewise, by leaving the watch in a cold or dry environment can shrink the wood and may cause a break in specific places.
When you are not wearing your watch, we recommend to place it inside its original packaging or in a box for watches/jewelry to protect it from a wet or dry environment.

Known for its ability to hold its distinct fragrance for decades after cutting, the oil in sandalwood has been used for centuries in cosmetics and medicine. Södebjörk uses one of the many species of sandalwood, chosen for its unique and varying dark color tones. 

316L Stainless Steel
Our case back, clasp, crown, and quick release spring bar pins are all made from 316L stainless steel, commonly used in luxury watches, which is a steel that is known for its strength and corrosion resistance. Our stainless steel has a thin layer of rose gold plating, for an exquisite look. 

Swiss Movement
Södebjörk watches feature high quality Ronda quartz movement for reliable and accurate timepieces.

Södebjörk watches only use 100% natural wood and do not treat the wood with toxic chemicals to protect it.

Södebjörk watches are considered to be splash proof so they can be used for normal wear but should not be exposed directly to water. Excessive contact with water may cause damage to the watch. Water penetration or damage caused under these conditions will not be covered by the warranty.
The crown must be pushed in completely to prevent water penetration.
Excessive moisture exposure can result in a diminished flexibility in the band’s wooden links. If this occurs, leave the watch to dry for two days to allow the wooden links to return to their normal size.

We do not recommend washing your wooden watch band water can cause the wood to swell and crack. If necessary, use dry brush or cloth.

In each product page description, there is information about which wristbands will fit each watch. Unfortunately we do not offer any separate wristbands to the watches from the swedish pine wood collection (Limited edition).

You can always return your purchase within 14 days. Please note that the products must be unused (in new condition) and in their original packaging with all labels, original protective stickers, manuals and cards.  Read our return policy and if you wish to make a return, please send us an email at info@sodebjork.com as soon as possible.

Your package will be processed and inspected before we proceed to the approval or disapproval of the corresponding return and you will be notified by email.
We appreciate your understanding that this process may take several business days.
Please note that Södebjörk is not responsible for lost items upon return. 

Each wood watch by Södebjörk is entitled to the initial purchaser against defects in material and workmanship upon delivery for a maximum of 24 months. To maintain this limited warranty, the product must be used and maintained in accordance with the instructions. Read our warranty section in our terms & conditions and if you wish to make a claim, please send us an email at info@sodebjork.com as soon as possible.

Your battery should last for several years (up to ten years) depending on external factors such as temperatures, pressures and humidity. If you do not use your timepiece for an extended period of time and wish to extend the battery life, we recommend you to pull out the crown of your watch (like you are going to set it) and leave it out to stop the watch.

Our timepieces used a standard silver oxide button cell battery. We recommend contacting a professional watch shop to replace the battery in the watch.

The entry of your debit/credit card information occurs entirely in our secure payment service provider, where Södebjörk has no access.
